- Bed & breakfast: Prices are per day and person, including breakfast buffet at a minimum stay of three days.
- Apartment: Prices are per week; breakfast is not includet.
- TEDDYBEAR discount for children who are staying in the same room as their parents:
- children younger than 2 years can stay for free.
- children between 2 and 6 years have a 50% discount.
- children between 6 and 12 years have a 30% discount.
- A deposit (guarantee) will be charged upon reservation. This deposit is a guarantee for the payment and will not be returned in case of cancellation by the guest.
- In case of premature departure a compensation of the room price for three days (without services) will be charged.
