- Bed & breakfast: Prices are per day and person, including breakfast buffet at a minimum stay of three days.
- 10% discount on the additional bed in a double bed room.
- Apartment: Prices are per week; breakfast is not included. Breakfast costs € 15 per person per day.
- Check-in: 3.00 p.m.
- Check-out: 10.00 a.m.
- TEDDYBEAR discount for children who are staying in the same room as their parents:
- children younger than 2 years can stay for free
- children between 2 and 6 years have a 50% discount
- children between 6 and 12 years have a 30% discount - For the final cleaning of the apartments, we will always charge additional 80€ !
- In case of arriving after 7:00 p.m., please notify us by telephone.

A reservation is valid once a deposit of 30% form the main price has been paid. The payment must be made within a week.
Please specify the reason for the payment as "deposit" with name and date of arrival. The deposit serves as a guarantee for the reservation and cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
Online pay Cancellation policy: Provided no other arrangements have been made, in case of cancellation the booked stay will be charged as follows:
- in case of confirmation 30% or the requested deposit
- from 30 until 10 days before arrival 70%
- from 9 days before arrival, in case of no show or early departure 100%
It is recommended to take out cancellation insurance.
